Ewa Radwanska, MD, PhD, FACOG, of Women for Women OBGYN, SC in Chicago is a board-certified gynecologist and reproductive endocrinologist and a professor at Rush University Medical Center in Forest Glen of Chicago. She was born in Poland and graduated from Warsaw Medical University. She specialized in gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility at the University of London hospitals in England.
As a pioneer in her field, in 1977 Dr. Radwanska was invited by the University of North Carolina (UNC) i to establish an infertility treatment clinic there.. Moving to Chicago in 1981, she has been on the faculty of Rush University Medical Center since that time. She has been instrumental in developing and directing gynecologic endocrinology, infertility and assisted reproductive programs at Rush, trained numerous students, residents, and fellows, published over 150 scientific articles and earned many awards. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG). During 2004-2016 she was also a consulting Attending Physician at Cook County Stroger Hospital serving needy Chicago patients. Currently, she is affiliated with Women for Women gynecology practice.
Dr. Radwanska has been very active in the Polish-American community. She is a member of several international organizations, has many ethnic patients, has given many medical presentations to women’s groups, gladly volunteers her time at cultural and educational events and has received many awards.
Dr. Radwanska’s commitment and a mission of her professional life have been to help women at all stages of life by treating and preventing hormonal problems, developmental difficulties, infertility, endometriosis, pain, bleeding disorders, menopausal symptoms, aging issues and many more female complaints. She finds her work to be her most rewarding life experience.
